In-stock goods are delivered within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Shipping is within Germany only.

In addition to your statutory rights, you may declare a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving the goods. For this voluntary return, goods may only have been inspected as they could be in a shop. You pay the direct return postage. The goods do not need to arrive back within those 30 days.

Placing an order is your offer to buy. The automatic order receipt and payment confirmation are not contract acceptance. If we accept your offer, we will confirm this separately by email within two working days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order. Without acceptance, no contract is formed.
